In the silent village of Seraphic, young Anna was crying her heart out in the corner of the darkroom of the basement. Her hiccups were resonating in the vacant basement but no one was there to see the tears of agony. She had faced enough. From the harsh treatment of her judgemental family to the mocks of the unforgiving society, she bore a lot for her unplanned mistake of love. The moment she confessed to Eron, her high school sweetheart, each day felt like a battle, to conquer his heart and faith in her family. She bore it until the hope lasted but one day the bubble of hope popped too when she heard Eron marry someone else. What did she get in all this? What did she get for her foolish mistake of confessing in front of other teenagers? What did she get for falling into the maze of love? Nothing… just blame and grief.
Sitting on the cold floor, she is waiting for the permanent darkness to engulf her so she can be at peace. She knew death would take her to the serene valley where she could take a breath of relief but Alas… this is not something she will get of her choice. The decision of coming and leaving the world is locked by the powers in heaven, she can't do anything. She knew she had to live until the day of death. And to live on till the powers call, all she can do is to find a ray of hope.
Another year passed but her misery never ended. In the twenty years of his life, she didn't remember a day where she was treated well by the family or the harsh treatment made his happy memories too foggy to memorize.
Again, one of the most devastating days of her life, as the moon glows upon the village, Anna finds herself standing at the edge of a quiet lake. The voices in her mind and wounds in her soul spoke louder than ever, forcing her to be free from the hell of life. She had enough, if the God above there can't lessen her grief, then he had to take her back under the shade of his mercy.
Just as she took a step to surrender from this life, an unusual sight unfolded before her: the waves rumbled and a big silver phoenix emerged from the depth of the lake, its wings shimmering as stardust and bright orange light surrounded it. Its eyes sparkly as the broken stars and a comforting air surrounding it.
In a voice as melodic as a mother’s lullaby, the Greek mythical creature spoke words beyond time, sharing tales of strength and hope. The creature shared its experience of thousands of years narrating all the stories to motivate the broken soul of Anna.
The silver phoenix became Anna’s best friend, guiding her through the path of self-doubt and sorrow. With each meeting, the white Phoenix imprinted wisdom that resonated deep within her soul. Empowered by the silver phoenix, Anna discovered a well of unknown strength within herself. She embraced her newfound strength of self-esteem and stood tall, no longer affected by the judgments of others. As Anna grasped the strength of her spirit, the village witnessed a remarkable transformation from a weak girl to a lady boss. She shuts their foul mouth and confidently embraces her fault of loving the wrong person.
On their last meeting, with a sparkle in its eye, the silver phoenix shared a simple truth that blessed Anna with the magic of bearing hardships without a scowl. He said "In every heart, a flame of strength is hidden. It just needs a hurricane of emotions to embrace it and after that, it will guide you through the darkest nights. Because within you lies the power to rise above from the ashes, just like a Phoenix."
This was the story of Anna - the girl of Seraphic, who transformed the village into a welcoming basket with threads of compassion and understanding. Her life guided by the white phoenix became a forever example of the transformative power of inner strength and self-esteem.
Moral: Embrace your inner strength as it's the only companion that helps a soul to rise from ashes in the darkest moments of life.
Be Proud of Who You Are: Anna learned to be proud of herself, her flaws and all. It's okay to make mistakes, and what matters most is accepting and loving yourself.
Find Strength Inside You: Just like the magical phoenix helped Anna discover her inner strength, each one of us has a special strength inside. Believe in yourself and use that strength to face challenges.
Inspiration Behind this Story: I wrote 'Phoenix and the Girl of Seraphic' to show how tough it can be when others judge you, especially for young people. The story follows a girl named Anna, who faces a lot of problems because of what others think of her, especially after confessing her feelings to someone she likes. I wanted to tell young readers, especially girls, that it's okay to express your feelings, there is nothing wrong with loving someone but beware of the person, time, and situation because that makes love tricky sometimes. The story teaches a lesson about finding strength inside, being proud of who you are, and not giving up when things get hard. I hope it inspires kids, especially girls, to be kind to themselves and to believe in their power to overcome challenges and navigate the ups and downs of life.
